Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days after you have received your package.  We do not accept the return of any sealed product that has been opened or tampered with.  Gaming Etc does not compensate for return shipping charges unless the item is being returned to us due to our error (i.e. item is not as described or you have received a wrong item.)  When returning items, please ship to:

We would also ask that you include a note stating the name on the order, the order number, and reason for the return.


Refunds

Refunds are given once we have received the items at our facility and have processed the return.  Processing time, once the package has reached our warehouse, is 1-2 business days. Once we have issued a refund, please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the request as well.

Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. GamingETC does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. GamingETC may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Wizards of the Coast MTG Product

Due to Wizards of the Coast regulations, we are not allowed to ship sealed Magic the Gathering product to any international locations. We can only ship this product to the United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/AE and any territory of the United States.

 

Shipping 

If an order is placed and a $0.00 shipping total is produced, an invalid shipping method has been selected. We will contact you in regards to authorizing shipping charges,. If we have not heard back from you within 3 business days, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

Condition

Cards that are listed in Near Mint condtion are in near mint to mint condtion. Cards that are listed in EX condition are in excellent condtion - these cards have some play wear such as minor shuffle creases or edge wear. Cards that are listed in PL condition are in played condition - these cards have heavy play wear or damage such as creases but are still tournament legal. If you are not satisfied with the condtion of the cards that you receive, please feel free to contact us for an exchange or return.

FAQ's

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, personal check, money order, and cash. We will not ship any order until payment is received in full.  If you are not paying with a credit card please issue a payment to us in a timely manner.  Any PayPal orders that have not been paid for within 3 business days, will be cancelled and the items will be returned to inventory. All prices are in USD and will be billed as such.

 

Do you ship to international locations?

Yes, we ship to international locations, billing shipping at cost.  Booster boxes and other heavy items (such 1000 count grab bags) will not be shipped internationally as the cost is prohibitive.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Once the item is shipped, it depends on the shipping method you chose.

 

United States:

Postal Service Standard: 7-10 business days

FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days

FedEx Express: 2 business days

 

International:

Postal Service Standard: 4-6 weeks

FedEx or DHL international: up to 2 weeks
